RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Submitting an order constitutes a binding purchase offer for the specified products at the total price listed at the time of order submission, including VAT, packaging and shipping costs, and any applicable charges and discounts. The order is completed upon acceptance by onyxclothing.gr by sending a confirmation email to the email address provided at the time of order. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please contact us immediately at orders@onyxclothing.gr and request confirmation of your order.

To cancel an order (in full or partially), you must send an email to orders@onyxclothing.gr. This option is available until the time your order is shipped. After that point, cancellation is not possible.

You have the right to return the products you purchased, without cost and without being required to inform us of the reason for the return. The return deadline is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The product must be in the same condition as you received it, i.e., not damaged or used, and accompanied by the retail receipt and the warranty/change card, noting that the product is a return. To avoid inconvenience, it is advisable to check the condition of the products and their packaging upon delivery to identify any defects or problems. In case of return, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and onyxclothing.gr will refund you the amount corresponding to the total market value of the returned products.
