Cancellation & Return Policy

Returns

• If the error is on our part
  We will fully refund the amount corresponding to the value of the order, including all shipping costs.

• If there is no error on our part
  Only the amount corresponding to the value of the products will be refunded. All shipping costs (both for the original delivery and for the return) will be borne exclusively by the customer.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge, provided that:

• The products have not yet been shipped.

• The cancellation request is made within 8 working hours from the time the order was placed. (Working hours are defined as the operating hours of our physical store).

Important Notes

• onyx-clothing.gr reserves the right to modify or terminate this return policy by publishing the new terms and conditions on the website.

• In cases of repeated returns or if onyxclothing.gr, at its sole discretion, determines that a customer is abusing the return policy or acting in bad faith, the company reserves the right to refuse the return, even if the above conditions are met.
